Workshop on "Enhancing Administrative Efficiency with Generative AI Tools "

Green University of Bangladesh proudly launched its two-day workshop on “Enhancing Administrative Efficiency with Generative AI Tools” held on September 9–10, 2025, bringing together innovation, leadership, and practical learning under one roof. Here are some glimpses from Day One of the two-day workshop.

Day One was facilitated by Dr. Muhammad Abul Hasan, Chairperson of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, who delivered an engaging session on how generative AI can revolutionize university administration. His insights shed light on how AI can streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enable smarter, data-driven decision-making.

We were honored by the gracious presence of Captain (Navy) Shaikh Mohammad Salahuddin, Registrar of Green University of Bangladesh, and Prof. Dr. ASM Shihavuddin, whose thoughtful guidance and perspectives enriched the discussions and inspired participants.

Our dedicated administrative staff actively engaged throughout the session—exploring real-world applications, participating in interactive discussions, and learning how to align cutting-edge technology with their daily responsibilities. The energy and enthusiasm of the participants made the first day of the workshop truly impactful.

This program was jointly organized by the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) and the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as part of their continuous efforts to drive innovation, professional growth, and institutional excellence.

A big thank you to our facilitator, distinguished guests, and participants for making Day One a remarkable success. Stay tuned for the highlights of Day Two as we continue this journey toward a smarter, more efficient, and future-ready Green University.
