1. GUCETL organized Certificate in Teaching and Learning Course at GUB: 1st Phase; 11th Batch

Green University Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (GUCETL) had organized the 3 day long 1st phase of Certificate course in Teaching and Learning (CTL) for the newly recruited faculties of spring semester, 2018 at Green Seminar Hall (A-502). A total of 14 faculties participated in the program from 4th of January to 6th of January, 2018 and among them four were in the rank of associate professors.

2. GUCETL’s Step towards Quality & Excellence: Certificate in Teaching and Learning at GUB (2nd Phase; 11th Batch)

Green University Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (GUCETL) had organized the 2nd Phase of CTL program the participants of the 11th batch CTL attended 3 hours’ session in every week. This training was conducted for 3 months from January 23, 2018 to May 22, 2018 (Spring Semester 2018). The number of participant for the 2nd phase was eleven. They had covered 15 modules including micro-teaching and Research proposal writing. They had attended the final assessment exam to achieve the complete certificate.

3. GUCETL organized Strengthening Leadership Skills Program for The Club Leaders

Green University Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (GUCETL) had organized a workshop on “Strengthening Leadership Skills for The Club Leaders” for the leaders of different clubs of Green University of Bangladesh on 28th February, 2018 at IQAC Auditorium. 23 club leaders from different clubs attended the day long workshop on leadership skills. The workshop was facilitated by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir/

4. GUCETL Supported “Teaching for Active Learning (TAL-04)” at UAP

Green University Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (GUCETL) supported the Teaching for Active Learning- TAL-04 program which was held in The University of Asia Pacific (UAP) from 5th of April to 7th of April, 2018. Twenty two faculties from 13 Universities (03 public & 10 private) participated in the program. GUCETL supported the registration process, facilitated the program, prepared course materials and also conducted the pre and post-test analysis including course evaluation.

5. GUCETL Organized CTL Certificate Awarding Ceremony at GUB: 8 Batch-11 Batch of CTL Participants

Green University Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (GUCETL) had organized Certificate awarding ceremony of the faculties who had successfully completed the two phases of the CTL course on 28 May, 2018 at Green Seminar Room (A-502). Total 32 faculties from various departments who had participated in CTL batch 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th received certificate in this program. Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Daffodil International University Professor Dr. Yousuf  Mahbubul Islam was present in the ceremony as chief guest.

6. GUCETL organized Certificate in Teaching and Learning Course at GUB: (1st Phase; 12th Batch)

Green University Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (GUCETL) had organized the 3 day long 1st phase of Certificate course in Teaching and Learning (CTL) for the newly recruited faculties of spring semester, 2018 at Green Seminar Hall (A-502). A total of 12 faculties participated in the program from 2nd to 5th May, 2018 and among them was in the rank of associate professors.

7. GUCETL Organized Certificate in Teaching and Learning Course at GUB:(2ndPhase; 12th Batch)

Green University Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (GUCETL) had organized the 2nd Phase of CTL program the participants of the 12th batch CTL attended 3 hours’ session in every week. This training was conducted for 3 months from 12 May, 2018 to 25 August, 2018 (Spring Semester 2018). The number of participant for the 2nd phase was eleven. They had covered 15 modules including micro-teaching and Research proposal writing. They had attended the final assessment exam to achieve the complete certificate.

8. GUCETL organized Certificate in Teaching and Learning Course at GUB: (1st Phase; 13th Batch)

Green University Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (GUCETL) had organized the 3 day long 1st phase of Certificate course in Teaching and Learning (CTL) for the newly recruited faculties of spring semester, 2018 at Green Seminar Hall (A-502). A total of 12 faculties participated in the program from 5 to 8September, 2018 and among them was in the rank of associate professors.

Green University Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (GUCETL) had organized the 2nd Phase of CTL program the participants of the 13th batch CTL attended 3 hours’ session in every week. 10. GUCETL participating on British Council Program:

GUCETL was invited in the British Council’s workshop on Teaching and learning where four representatives from GUCETL participated on the three days long program from 21 October-23 October, 2018.
