We're thrilled to announce the successful workshop on "Managing Sustained Quality Performance" by CETL at the Green University of Bangladesh. Participants, comprising 93 individuals divided into 9 groups, explored the crucial role of ethics, etiquette, and professional conduct in achieving sustainable success.

Throughout the day, attendees actively engaged in discussions, practical exercises, and sharing sessions. Moreover, the participants enjoyed some exciting game activities that fostered collaboration and teamwork. These included the Fishing Contest, the Ring Passing Challenge, and an exercise on transitioning from "I" to "We" through collaboration.

The workshop also featured an insightful presentation on the university's Ten-Year Master Plan and Annex Building, emphasizing the institution's commitment to growth and development.

The day concluded with reflective discussions and a captivating mini-cultural program, showcasing the diverse talents of our participants.
