CTL Micro-Teaching Phase 1: Learning by doing, growing together

Today’s CTL session marked the beginning of Micro-Teaching Phase 1, where faculty members stepped into a hands-on learning experience. Participants demonstrated short teaching segments, followed by constructive feedback and reflection.
