The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), Green University of Bangladesh, successfully organized an orientation session on the Revised Mentorship Guidelines for Fall 2026 on 10 October 2026.
The session brought together faculty mentors to discuss the revised guidelines, clarify mentorship responsibilities, and strengthen the overall mentoring process. It provided an opportunity for mentors to gain a clearer understanding of their roles in guiding students throughout their academic journey, addressing academic challenges, monitoring student progress, and providing appropriate support when needed.

The discussion emphasized the importance of effective communication between mentors and students, regular follow-ups, timely identification of academic difficulties, and the development of a supportive learning environment. The session also highlighted how structured mentorship practices can contribute to students' academic success, personal development, and overall university experience.
Through this initiative, CETL aims to strengthen the university's mentorship framework, encourage consistent mentoring practices across academic departments, and ensure that students receive effective guidance and support throughout their studies.
